Our child-friendly dental services

Establishing a child-friendly dental home fosters positive experiences for children and prevents a host of dental problems later down the road. Here is a sample of our services available for your little one:

  • Dental cleanings: Once your child’s first tooth appears, you should schedule dental exams and professional cleanings. We recommend dental cleanings every six months to eliminate tartar and plaque that attract gum disease. Dental exams are pivotal in checking the development of your kid’s teeth and spotting signs of tooth decay and alignment issues.
  • Dental sealants: While maintaining at-home oral care is excellent, it’s not possible to reach every nook and cranny of your mouth. When food particles are left on your teeth, it’s a matter of time before cavities start showing up. We recommend dental sealants (a clear, thin, protective coat) to protect your child’s teeth from cavities.
  • Education: We like to see your kids getting involved in taking care of their oral health. We practice patience and praise, coupled with simple but fun instructions on proper at-home oral care. Sometimes, we give them simple booklets with coloring activities and recommend videos and games to keep them learning about oral hygiene in a fun way.

Dental visits are an excellent time for parents to ask all the questions about their child’s dental growth. Make the most of this time to ask about cavities, bite alignment, and thumb sucking, among other concerns you may have.

Took my 2 year old in for his first appointment. I had a very good experience. The people on staff are friendly and easy to talk to. My kid was able to be his usual lively self. This helped me while I talked with Dr. Isharani and her assistant. They pulled up his favorite TV show on YouTube while they explained his dental care needs at this age. Also had little car toys and rattles. This is a super warm and professional practice. I would definitely recommend it. I came out learning how to better assist my kid’s oral hygiene. And my kid was able to enjoy himself!
